Cheaper Alternatives to the Midas DL231

    Hi there,
First time poster here. Currently running an X32 Rack with two ART S8 splitters, giving me 16 channels unaffected to my x32 rack (in this case for my bands IEM's) and 16 direct to FOH.
Currently wondering why Behringer hasnt gotten into the digital split game, considering Midas is doing the DL231/DL431 and it gives analog outs, and two AES50 out to separate consoles.
There isn't a cost effective solution to a digital split is there? It doesnt seem way ahead of its time considering the Midas splitters have been out for a few years now. I'm sure Behringer could throw two of their "Midas-designed" preamps per channel into a 16 and/or 32 channel splitter.
Any thoughts on this or any insight into future Behring R&D would be great!
    Cheers
