Hi,

I have sent an email last Thursday (28-Feb) regarding an warranty support for a mixer (Behringer - Xl3200).
No response so far. Not even an acknowledgment of email received.
Can anyone from behringer or music-group confirm if the email care@music-group.com is working?

Hi Zac,

Because I had no email response from support I payed an international call to care music, and the agent found the email and then the support process continued normally.

I don't know if care music has email management software but I suggest you to use something like Visnetic Mailflow ( http://www.visnetic.com ).
